CREATE with Helen is run by Helen Pestana from The Memorial Centre, 8 East Common, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire SL9 7AD. We are the data controller for the information described here.

For anything to do with your information, email hello@createwithhelen.com or ring 07799 588441.

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, the best time to call you, which courses interest you, who the enquiry is for, and anything else you choose to tell us in the message box.

We also record that you ticked the consent box, and when, because we need to be able to show that you agreed to be contacted.

We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site. There is no online checkout. Payment is arranged directly with Helen after she has spoken to you.

We use it for one purpose: so that Helen can call or email you back about your enquiry. That is what you consent to when you tick the box and submit the form.

We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share it with anyone for their own purposes.

Some of our courses are for young people aged 11 to 15. Enquiries about a child should be made by a parent or guardian, and the form is written on that basis.

We ask for as little as possible about the child. You do not need to give us their name, and we would rather you did not give us more detail than the conversation needs. Anything you do tell us is treated exactly like the rest of the enquiry: used to answer you, and nothing else.

Helen holds an Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service, and a safeguarding policy is available on request.

Your enquiry is delivered by Resend, an email delivery service, and arrives in a Google Workspace mailbox that only Helen uses. This website is hosted by Vercel. Each of these companies processes the information only to provide that service to us.

Nobody else has access, and we will only ever hand information to anyone else if the law requires it.

We keep your enquiry while we are in touch about it, and afterwards as an ordinary business record for up to 24 months. After that it is deleted.

If you would like it deleted sooner, just ask, and we will.

This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking of any kind, and the fonts are served from this site rather than from anyone else. Nothing you do here is recorded or profiled.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and we will stop contacting you.

Email hello@createwithhelen.com and we will deal with it within one month.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
